About the role:

We are seeking a talented Webflow Developer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and developing websites using the Webflow platform. This role requires a strong understanding of web design principles, proficiency in Webflow, and an eye for detail.

Responsibilities:

• Create high-quality, responsive web pages using Webflow, in collaboration with our design team
• Manage projects from start to finish, ensuring quality and timely delivery
• Conduct testing and debugging to ensure websites are optimized for speed and functionality
• Develop custom code for advanced functionality, where necessary
• Refactor CSS and also create Global Variables in Webflow

Minimum Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in web development, with a proven track record of managing website projects end-to-end.
• Experience working with CMS platforms such as Webflow, Wordpress or custom-built CMS.
• Proficiency in front-end and back-end development is preferred, with strong skills in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks (React, Vue.js, or similar).
• Good understanding of UX/UI principles and best practices to ensure a seamless website experience.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and deadlines efficiently.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with web accessibility standards (WCAG) and responsive design principles.
• Strong understanding of marketing technologies and integrations, including CRM and email automation tools.
• Previous experience working in a SaaS or tech-driven environment.
