We’re hiring an AI Artist to supercharge Bingo Bash’s concept‑to‑asset pipeline. You’ll partner with artists and tech artists to design and curate art models, uphold the quality bar for AI outputs, and establish efficient, reusable workflows that keep our live‑ops content fresh and on‑brand for a fast mobile cadence.

Key Skills:

• Efficient in AI Art Tools: Should have a good understanding of Ai tools available in the market. Should be able to utilize it for generating game art mock or can train models for specific needs.
• Traditional/Digital Art Skills: Should know digital painting techniques, should have grasp of traditional art fundamentals, including composition, color theory, lighting, and anatomy.
• Digital Art & Post-Processing: Strong command of digital art software, including Photoshop, to refine and enhance AI-generated outputs.
• Aware of Game Art Pipeline. Understanding of game art processes and disciplines. Experience with the LiveOp game is a plus.
  
  Key Responsibilities:
• Creative Workflow Optimization
• Experiment with new workflows and methodologies to maintain a cutting-edge approach to AI-driven creative development.
• Constantly look into opportunities to bring in efficient workflows without compromising on art style benchmarks. Collaborate closely with Art and Tech Art teams for smooth executions.
• Integrate AI-generated outputs with traditional design workflows, utilizing Photoshop and other tools to refine assets.
  
  
• AI-Driven Content Creation
• Curate and preprocess diverse art datasets, and optimize them to improve the performance of AI models.
• Develop high-quality AI-generated assets using tools based on Stable Diffusion and Flux.
• Work with artists and software developers to integrate AI models into digital creation tools.
  
  
  
• Collaboration & Iteration
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure AI-generated content aligns with brand identity and project goals.
• Incorporate stakeholder feedback efficiently, iterating on designs and delivering multiple creative variations as needed.
