Brkfst.io is an incubated venture within WITHIN, focused on connecting creators with major brands to produce impactful ads at scale.

We are and we connect creators with big brands to make impactful ads at scale. We have a network of thousands of content creators with a variety of different skill-sets, and we’re looking to build a program that empowers them to create great ads for brands like Corkcicle, Perfume.com, Casper Mattresses, & more!

About the Role: We are looking for a detail-oriented, proactive, and talented QA Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our web applications by performing manual and automated tests across all stages of the development lifecycle. This is a key role to ensure the smooth delivery of features and bug fixes as we continue to grow. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of web app testing, a passion for quality, and experience working in agile teams.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to;

• Design, implement, and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts for web applications.
• Perform manual testing to identify bugs and ensure software quality across all stages of the development lifecycle.
• Collaborate with the development team to understand feature requirements and identify edge cases.
• Automate tests to increase efficiency and coverage (using tools like Selenium, Cypress, or similar).
• Identify and report bugs, inconsistencies, and usability issues in a timely manner.
• Work with the team to prioritize and resolve defects and issues.
• Continuously improve testing processes, frameworks, and tools.
• Ensure compatibility across multiple devices and browsers.
• Participate in sprint planning and standups as part of the agile team.
• Maintain clear and organized documentation on test cases, processes, and issues.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in quality assurance, with a focus on web applications.
• Proficient in manual testing and automation frameworks.
• Strong understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• Experience working with agile development methodologies.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish (preferred).
  Experience with performance testing, security testing, or mobile app testing is a plus.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with test management tools (e.g., TestRail, Jira).
• Familiarity with continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes.
• Knowledge of accessibility testing and best practices.
• Experience with automated testing tools like Selenium, Cypress, or others.
• Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
